Burning Salt Water Idea???

The other day I was having a discussion with a friend on what would be a new american export so the whole world can use and benifit from.. And the story of burning salt water came up.. There is a scientist who's doing studies on cancer research and while conducting his study he found out that you can burn salt water using a radio frequecy generator.. And yes.. i looked into it and is possible..

So here's the idea let's just connect some solar panels to a charging station use that energy to power the RFG. As the water is burning from the RFG use the steam from the water burning channel the steam to a steam piston..

With the steam piston revoling connected to a electric motor and energy is Produced

So we have sun powering our equipment storing the suns energy.
Powering our RFG creating heat making steam, moving a piston connected to a electric motor making free energy ..Call it a motor or a solar steam electric motor what ever the case its free Energy and all I would like to see if it can be refined and enlarged for residential and commericial use.. add a Air to water machine and we wont need utility companies at all but county service techs to keep up and maintain our equipment in producing natural energy to the public and create a new export for under developed nations..
